However, the legend of 'Ayame's Mercy' proves to be true, triggering a decades-old curse that transports the girls into a dark realm.

What We Know So Far: In this chilling adventure, the trio must navigate the horrors of the hospital's dark past while avoiding the vengeful spirit of Ayame Kirishima. Their goal is to find a way to dispel Ayame's curse once and for all. The game is set to be released on December 31, 2026.
