From the photos and trailers that are currently available, the graphics looking stunning, with realistic lighting and other effects as well as incredibly detailed cars. This could be one of the most epic racing games to arrive on a console in a long time— and you’ll only get it on the PS4.
At E3 2014, the trailer for “No Man’s Sky” was shown. Its unique combination of dinosaurs with space-age technology quickly captivated fans. Later on in the trailer, the first-person player faces off against a swarm of enemy spaceships, takes refuge on another planet, and picks up some new teammates before setting off into blackness of space again. The game releases on August 9, 2016, so interested gamers will soon discover whether or not the title lives up to its fascinating premise.
E3 2015 heralded the arrival of “The Last Guardian,” a story about a young boy and his pet chimaera, the half-bird, half dog who serves as his constant companion. When you play the game as the boy, you’ll have to learn how to communicate with Trico, the huge mythical companion who can help you survive in a strange, broken, yet beautiful fantasy world. Sony is bringing this tale to the PS4, and according to the trailers and other information about the game, it promises to be quirky, heart-wrenching, intense, and charming by turns— a definite must-play.
Get ready for fierce action with the new “God of War” game, exclusive to PS4. Although the game promises excitement and intensity on par with its predecessors, this iteration takes on a more serious note. Kratos is accompanied by his young son, whom he must train to become a demi-god worthy of his status. Tactful approaches, strategic warfare, and care for the next generation are the driving forces behind this older, wiser Kratos.
Are you still hungering for more zombie games? “Days Gone” is coming exclusively to PS4, although no one is sure of the release date yet. Think gritty, grungy post-apocalyptic protagonists, riding motorcycles through torn-up terrain, wielding automatic weapons that pummel advancing zombie hordes with death-dealing bullets. It’s a ride worth taking, especially when you can enjoy in the comfort of your living room on your PS4.
